Scented Argan Oil Benefits for Skin and Hair

Fragrance aside, these are working body oils. Argan oil is naturally rich in vitamin E, omega-6 fatty acids and antioxidants, which is why it has been used on Moroccan skin and hair for generations.

For the skin

Applied to slightly damp skin after showering, argan body oil helps lock in moisture and supports the skin's natural elasticity. Its dry-oil texture absorbs quickly, so it can replace or complement a body lotion — the oil seals hydration in, where a lotion mainly adds it.

For the hair

A few drops on lengths and ends help tame frizz and bring back shine, either as a finishing oil or as a pre-wash treatment. For deeper repair, pair it with an argan-based hair mask from our hair range.

How to Use Argan Body Oil

  1. After the shower. Warm 4–6 drops between your palms and massage onto slightly damp skin to seal in moisture.
  2. As a subtle fragrance layer. Apply to pulse points and shoulders; the scent stays close to the skin through the day.
  3. On hair ends. Smooth 2–3 drops through dry lengths to add shine, or apply generously 30 minutes before washing as a treatment.
  4. For massage. Warm the oil slightly in your hands and work in long, slow strokes.
  5. After the hammam. The traditional final step of the Moroccan hammam ritual — oil applied to freshly exfoliated skin.
