General Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.greenmood.ma of the company Sudbio Import Export, within the limits of available stock. Sudbio Import Export reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description of its main technical features. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The sale of products presented on the site is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 2. Prices
The prices listed on the product pages of the online catalog are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC), including VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices. Sudbio Import Export reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices do not include delivery charges, which depend on the delivery geographic zone.

Article 3. Orders and Payment Terms
Sudbio Import Export offers buyers the option to order and pay for products only by credit card, through a secure payment system.
The buyer selects the products to order in the cart, checks or enters a new delivery address, then confirms the order after accepting these general terms and conditions of sale. They are then redirected to a secure interface to enter their banking details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable.
In case of fraudulent use of the credit card, the buyer may request the cancellation of the payment. The amounts paid will then be re-credited or refunded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The cardholder must dispute the transaction with their bank within 70 days (or 120 days depending on the case), after which the bank has a maximum of one month to issue the refund.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms of sale. If the buyer has provided an email address during the order, Sudbio Import Export will send a confirmation email.

Article 4. Retention of Ownership
Sudbio Import Export retains full ownership of the sold products until full payment is received, including all fees and taxes.

Article 5. Exchange and Return
The buyer has 7 working days from delivery to report any issue: broken, damaged, spilled product, wrong reference, or any defect for which Sudbio Import Export is responsible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued at no cost to the buyer.
For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted except in cases of proven defect.

Article 6. Guarantee
The products offered by Sudbio Import Export are natural and are not subject to any guarantee of results. Effects may vary depending on usage consistency and the user’s skin type. In case of dissatisfaction due to lack of results, the product cannot be exchanged or refunded. All complaints should be sent to contact@sudbio.ma and will receive a response within 24 hours.

Article 7. Liability
In the context of distance selling, Sudbio Import Export is bound only by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for damages related to Internet use such as data loss, hacking, viruses, service interruption, or other issues beyond its control.

Article 8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the sales contract, the buyer is invited to contact Sudbio Import Export at contact@sudbio.ma to seek an amicable solution within a reasonable timeframe.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts where Sudbio Import Export’s head office is located, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

Sudbio Import Export, located at 1st floor, apartment no. 1158, SAPINO Industrial Zone, Nouaceur 20240, Morocco, is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and visitors of www.greenmood.ma.
The information collected (name, surname, address, phone, email, payment information, etc.) is necessary for order management, delivery, invoicing, and customer relationship. This data is treated as strictly confidential and is never sold or transferred to third parties.
